Mamaplata formentera are jewels designed and created by hand by Sandra Tarragó.

"I like to synthesize everything to the maximum, looking for the simplicity and essence of things, I find the strength of my pieces in the intention, the spontaneity, the dimension and sometimes in the accident. In my pieces it is much more important their meaning or the poetry of the element used, I look for the love or identification with them although what I do above all with the jewelry is to play and have fun".

Mamaplata jewelry is truly inspired by the Mediterranean. Looking for simplicity and the essence of things Sandra developed an unmistakable style of handcrafted jewelry. She mainly uses silver, gold plated wire and brass.None of the pieces is identical to the other and this imperfection is what characterises Mamaplata's distinctive style.
