These chambira palm bags were hand-woven by the women of Amazonian tribe living between Bolivia and Perù with some particularities in the aesthetics and elaboration of the work, each one according to its uses and customs.

When weaving, the woman always inserts in each stitch the thought of prosperity, protection and care for nature, which are implicit in each stitch. The colours of these bags are extracted from native plants, leaves, reeds, flowers and bark of trees to give them natural colours..
